2. Registration and Account Security

3. Shipping & Ownership of Goods

• All goods are shipped at the cost and risk of the recipient.

• Sold goods will not be taken back or exchanged unless otherwise stated.

• Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Damaged or incorrect items must be returned within 1 month of delivery. After this period, goods may only be replaced or credited at our discretion.

• All goods remain the property of Donovic BV until full payment has been received.

4. Payment & Invoices

• All invoices are payable net cash upon delivery.

• Unpaid invoices will incur additional costs plus 1% interest per month, calculated from the due date.

• In the event of non-payment, the amount owed will be increased by 15% (with a minimum of €25) as flat-rate compensation for administrative costs, debtor follow-up, and commercial disruption. This penalty clause is accepted under Articles 1147 and 1152 of the Belgian Civil Code and is enforceable without prior notice of default.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or duplication of Website content without prior written consent from Chez Milo is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of Chez Milo and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
